Back by popular demand and fun for ALL ages, Armilitary Heritage Company presents the 2nd annual FREE Military Display Show. Take a break from the grind, step back in time and gain perspective with our living history display.
Taking place Saturday September 02, 2023 LIVE at 11 am. to 3 pm. on
the square of historic Chardon, Ohio (weather permitting). There will be food trucks, face
painter and balloon artist joining the fun! This Military Display Show is
an effort to excite the senses of the past and shed new light on military
history might. Guaranteed to ignite your insight!
The show will deploy authentic military reenactors, equipment and
vehicles on the land complimenting the rich history of Ohio.Three soldiers from Ohio earned The Congressional Medal of Honor for their heroic acts during the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. One of which was not far from Chardon, Rear Admiral Isaac Campbell Kidd of Cleveland Ohio.
How does the general public want to learn about history? A survey of 1,816 people in 2020 showed A healthy majority of respondents reported preferring unmediated learning experiences with history via direct consultations with texts and artifacts, as opposed to receiving information from an expert. Our feedback from both veterans and educators is an overall lack of
appreciation for our veterans and those that currently serve.
Furthermore, in general people’s perspectives are clouded on how to
lead a more fulfilling life through gratitude and conscientiousness. We
hope to improve upon these topics through our content and efforts. Our Company will demonstrate this on September 02, 2023.
This event is to build awareness & excitement for our growing military
history enterprise. We started this business from a desire to give our
audience a positive perspective towards life and to follow our passion
and curiosity for history, especially military history. Our company was
forged to recreate excitement for military history by building
awareness through our display shows, social media stories and
marketing of historical items with an educational purpose.
